We are looking for a skilled and motivated T-SQL Developer with extensive experience in SQL Server development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database structures. What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Optimize and tune T-SQL code for performance and efficiency.
Design and implement database schemas, tables, views, indexes, and constraints.
Collaborate with application developers to integrate databases with applications.
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve data-related issues.
Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through appropriate database management practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to database design and development.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SQL Server features, tools, and best practices.
Support database deployment and migration activities.
This is a performance-driven, remote position. You have to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SQL Server development with a strong focus on T-SQL.
Proficiency in writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and indexing strategies.
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
Familiarity with SQL Server tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Profiler.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice To Haves
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Familiarity with other database technologies and programming languages.
Knowledge of data modeling tools and methodologies.
Experience with database administration tasks such as backups, restores, and security management.
Certification in SQL Server (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) is a plus.
