Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (US)

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and maintain our sales pipeline.

Joining a startup is not easy. We expect a lot, but we have an incredible team that punches way above its weight and our looking for the next person who wants to join. If you’re looking for structure and being told what to do every day, this is NOT the job for you.

Our goal is to make you better off than you were before you joined our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the sales cycle for all inbound leads that come in via email, website, social, or chat.
  • Use cold outreach strategies (email, phone, social) to develop new leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain at least 100 active accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to execute on select, targeted ABM activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets.
  • Lay the foundation for future growth of the Sales team.
  • Become an expert in the problems of your target market

This is a performance-driven, remote position. You have to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.

What You Should Have

  • Natural curiosity, intrinsic motivation, and an openness to coaching.
  • Strong-minded individual who comes to meetings with not only problems but potential solutions.
  • Comfortable reporting directly to the VP, Marketing & Sales.
  • Currently certified in the use of Hubspot or willing to earn certifications.
  • Willingness to recommend process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts and improve pipeline generation.
  • Technology skill set that includes LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot Sales, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organized must be your middle name!
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and have a strong work ethic.
  • You don’t want to be an SDR forever, but you are willing to do what it takes to help the company reach its goals.
