Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (US)

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and maintain our sales pipeline. Reporting to our CEO and collaborating with our marketing team to help drive and build sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the sales cycle for all inbound leads that come in via email, website, social, or chat.
  • Use cold outreach strategies (email, phone, social) to develop new leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain at least 200 active accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to execute on select, targeted ABM activities.
  • You will use Abstrakt every day and provide feedback on how we can improve the product for our customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly Qualified Opportunity targets.
  • Lay the foundation for future growth of the Sales Development team.
  • Become an expert in Abstrakt’s software

This is a performance-driven, remote position. You have to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.

What You Should Have

  • Natural curiosity, intrinsic motivation, and an openness to coaching.
  • Strong-minded individual who comes to meetings with problems and potential solutions.
  • Comfortable reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Currently certified in the use of Hubspot or willing to earn certifications before the start date.
  • Willingness to recommend process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts and improve pipeline generation.
  • Technology skill set that includes LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot Sales, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organized must be your middle name!
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and have a strong work ethic.
  • You don’t want to be an SDR forever, you want to lead a team one day. You will be employee #6 so you will have a seat at the table!
